About This Journal

A founder who tests everything on himself before writing a word about it.

EnergyX is a sole proprietorship I started in Baltimore, MD, because I got tired of energy products that were all marketing and no mechanism. I wanted formulas built around actual physiology — not just caffeine and sugar dressed up in aggressive packaging.

I built four formats — Powder, Capsules, Drops, and Gummies — each designed for a specific use case. This journal documents what I've learned building them, testing them, and using them daily. Every article I publish here, I've lived first.

I also write about things that have nothing to do with my products — sleep, blood sugar, mitochondria, adaptogens — because peak energy is a systems problem, not a supplement problem.
